Apple officially release iOS at WWDC2017. iOS11 is bring more changes to your iPhone and iPad. iPad become a true laptop instead of some with better multitasking with iOS11. what's more. there's more new features came into iOS11 include new Control Center, new camera modes, new photos storage, Smarter Siri and iPhone 8 AR capabilities. and iOS 11 will launch this autumn.

1. iOS 11 help iPad become a true laptop
iOS 11 includes a real dock, like a Mac that follows you from app to app along the bottom. It's hidden, but you can always swipe up to access it. the bottom app dock also shows up in the multitasking media, which is now laid out in a grid. It's so much easier to jump between apps now, like on a laptop.
Drag and Drop also debuts on iOS11 for iPad. You can drag images, text, and files between APP just like PC. and APP can also be dropped directly into the Dock. iOS 11 makes the iPad feel different than your phone.
2. iMessages won't occupy your storage space
With iOS 11, you'll be able to back up all of your iMessages to iCloud as they get archived to Apple's secure internet servers and Messages App Drawer makes it easier to access your favorite iMessage apps by swiping across the bottom of the screen, instead of having to tap back to the drawer every time you want to switch apps.
3. Apple Pay support peer-to-peer transactions
Apple Pay is expanding to include person-to-person payment features when you upgrade to iOS 11. Just like Venmo and PayPal. you’ll be able to use Apple Pay to send or receive money from your contacts via Messages.
4. Siri sounds more natural
Siri is getting a more natural-sounding voice with the iOS 11 update, and you're able to pick between female and male voice options. However, she also looks a little different: Apple has given its voice assistant a new visual interface that surfaces multiple results for your requests, as well as followup questions. In addition, Siri can now translate phrases for you, from English to Chinese, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. This feature is in beta and will add more languages in the months to come.

photo and video won’t take up a lot of space.iOS 11 uses HEVC (aka H.265), which is twice as efficient as the previous H.264 format. For still photos, iOS 11 uses HEIF (High Efficiency Image Format) which Apple claims will take up only half the space.
6. Newly redesigned Control Center
With iOS 11, Control Center has been redesigned so that it’s only one panel. You can customize it too with your go-to’s like Low-Power Mode and use 3D Touch to adjust more-specific controls.
7. new App Store
App Store now mirrors the look-and-feel of Apple Music, with a new Today tab for featured games and apps.
8. Apple ARKit on iOS 11
Apple also launched a new AR development tool - ARkit. which allows developers to use ARkit tools to develop more interesting AR APP. and It indicates that iPhone 8 will bring app with the biggest AR features after next three months.
9. Indoor Maps on iOS 11
The map is becoming more and more intelligent, with detailed shopping plan, the maps can help you browse indoor sites. It can even allow you to extend the floor in your application. On the street, eventually get lane guidance and speed limit.
